The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Conference, also known as RYLA, recongizes sophomores moving into their junior year of high school. At the five day conference, conferees learn the significance of leadership and communication skills. While at Keystone College, conferees create numerous memories and friendships that last a lifetime.
